基于诺兰阶段模型的高校管理信息系统建设策略探讨

On the Building Strategy of Management Information System of University Based on Nolan's Stages-of-growth Model

诺兰阶段模型将一个组织的管理信息系统的成长过程划分为初装、蔓延、控制、集成、数据管理、成熟六个不同阶段。高校管理信息系统大多处于蔓延阶段,存在数据冗余等严重问题。论文根据诺兰阶段模型为高校管理信息系统提出了建设策略。

Nolan＇ s Stages-of-growth Model divided the growth progress of an organization into six different stages. They are initiation, contagion, control, integration, data administration, and maturity. The management information systems of university are mainly in the contagion stage. Some problems as data redundancy exist. This paper gives some advices to building management information system of university based on Nolan＇ s States-of-growth model.
