产学研知识创新网络的协同创新评价研究

Research on Evaluation of the Coordination Innovation of Knowledge Innovation Network among Industries,Universities and Research Institutes

以"双赢"为目标,构建大学、研究机构、企业知识网络是大学和企业在新的社会经济环境中求得生存和稳健、快速发展的必由之路。本文在阐述产学研知识创新网络研究现状的基础上,从知识共享、网络能力、创新绩效三方面构建了产学研知识网络协同创新的绩效评价指标体系,并运用这些指标体系对太原高新区产学研知识创新网络协同创新现状作了实证评估,得出太原高新区产学研知识创新网络仍需进一步探索产学研合作机制,发挥和完善知识创新网络的各项功能,推进区域创新能力提升的结论。

It is a steady, fast development way that must be taken to construct knowledge nework among Industries, Universities and Research Institutes for obtaining the goal of ＂win-win＂ in the new social economy environment. On the base of present situation of knowledge innovation network, the paper constructs the evaluating indicator system of Industries, Universities and Research Institutes knowledge innovation network from knowledge sharing, networking capability, the innovation achievements, and it presents the appraisal to the Coordination innovation status of Taiyuan High-Tech Industrial Development Zone by use of the indicator system. Finally, it concludes that Taiyuan high and new zone needs further exploration of the coorperation mechanism of Industries, Universities and Research Institutes, further display and consummation of each function of knowledge innovation network, and further promotion of region innovation ability.
