随着教育国际化的发展,作为服务贸易的重要组成部分,教育服务贸易正日益成为国际贸易的一个重要新兴领域。纵观中国改革开放30年,教育的不断对外开放,促进了我国教育服务贸易的迅速发展,提高了我国教育的国际化水平。本文主要概述了改革开放30年来我国教育服务贸易的发展和教育对外开放的具体情况,同时研究了政府政策安排和政策选择对教育服务贸易发展的影响,并探讨了我国教育进一步对外开放的政策选择和策略。文章最后指明应继续坚持改革开放,加强完善教育服务贸易统计制度,合理定位"教育出口"的外贸性质,以更好地促进我国教育产业、教育服务贸易的快速发展。

With development of the education internationalization, the Education Service Trade is becoming a new and developing international trade industry. Opening policy of the education promoted Chinese trade in education service and raised the internationalization level of Chinese Education since China reform and opening-up . The article summarizes 30 years＇ development on Chinese education service trade since China reform and opening-up, and reaches a conclusion that Chinese reform and opening policy give a great pushing effect on Chinese education service trade. Finally, the author gives some suggestions that we should strenghthen statistics on education service trade and determine the nature of ＇Education Export＇. These suggestions will push development of China trade in education service and education industries.
