专升本院校存在的问题及其发展的出路

Existing Probblems in College Institutions and Their Developing Prospects

专升本院校升格后的发展现状不太乐观,还存在不少的问题,有些甚至成为制约这些学校可持续发展的掣肘因素。主要表现为:编制短缺,人才匮乏;投入不足,经费短缺;管理不畅,体制僵化;结构失衡,梯队缺乏;理念落后,定位不清。要想尽快实现由专科教育向本科教育的实质性提升,就需要真正实现内涵升本,做到规格和内容的统一。

To achieve the substantial upgrading, it is essential to achieve the true upgrading of connatation, and to ensure the unification of specifications and content.
