The paper has discussed the development of electronic dissertation system at home and abroad, demonstrated the effect and significance of constructing an electronic dissertation system in our country, and analyzed the structure of electronic dissertation system. At last, in considering our country＇s dissertation management situation, proposed suggestions about the implementation of electronic dissertation system in China.
