摘要
分析目前我国机构知识库建设中存在的问题,指出开放获取认识不足,缺乏宏观层面政策指导与项目支持,缺乏先导性实践引领是当前我国机构知识库面临的主要障碍,并据此提出未来我国机构知识库建设发展的八大主要对策。
The authors analyze the problems that institutional repositories development lies in China, which includes lack of awareness of open access, lack of major projects support and macro-policy instruction, lack of typical examples. According to these problems, the authors put forward eight constructive strategies for institutional repositories future development in China.
