浅谈反浮选脱硅增效剂在磷矿选别中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 针对某地高镁低品位磷矿,采用双反浮选工艺流程,在脱镁的基础上,添加少量脱硅增效剂,增强了硅酸盐杂质的疏水性,提高了硅酸盐杂质的可浮性,精矿P2O5品位可以从25.0%提高到28.0%以上,可以满足酸法用矿要求,为该矿开发利用提供了可靠依据。 Double reverse flotation process was introduced for the high-magnesium and low-grade phosphate. Demagnesium and addition of minor silication free synergist brought about stronger hy- drophobicity of silicate as impurity and increased the floatability of silicate as impurity with P2O5 grade being upgraded from 25.0% to 28.0% and above, meeting the requirements for the ore using acid process and providing the reliable basis for exploitation and utilization of the ore.
