Discussion on Cost Reduction of PHC Pipe Foundation Project

通过对PHC管桩基础工程成本的研究,结合工程成本控制理论,在广泛调查研究的基础上,分析了影响PHC管桩基础工程施工成本的主要因素,提出了对PHC管桩基础成本控制的2个重要阶段——设计阶段和施工阶段,并提出了相应的控制措施和应注意的问题。

On the basis of the study of the cost of PHC pipe foundation project and the extensive research and investigation, combined with the project cost control theory, this paper analyzes the major factors affecting the construction cost of PHC pipe foundation project and presents two important controlling phrases ： design and construction. The corresponding controlling measures and problems have been put forward.
