摘要
通过对临床护士工作中主要的压力源及工作压力对护士的危害进行了分析,提出了相应的减轻工作压力的方法和防护对策,最大限度地调动护理人员的工作积极性,提高护理质量。
Based on the analysis of negative effcts of major stress source and working pressure on clinical nurses, the paper presents some corresponding methods to reduce working stress and protective measures so as to mobilize the enthusiasm of the nursed and improve the nursing quality.
