摘要 本文创造性地合成了新活性酯8,继而由活性酯8顺利地完成了头孢雷特合成,该法可操作性良好,收率较高,适于大规模制备头孢雷特。 Active ester 8 was prepared creatively and used in the synthesis of ceforanide. Excellent yield and convenient operation made it be suitable to large scale manufacturing.
