综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症51例疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Multimodality Therapy on Lumbar Disc Herniation,A Report of 51 Cases

目的:观察综合手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:将96例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为两组。治疗组51例采用综合手法、器械牵引、口服中成药,对照组45例仅采用器械牵引配合口服中成药治疗。结果:经治疗后治疗组治愈30例,好转18例,无效3例,总有效率为94.1%;对照组治愈20例,好转10例,无效15例,总有效率为66.7%。两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效较好。

To observe the clinical effect of multimodality therapy including adjusting lumber sacral angle on lumbar disc herniation. Method： 96 cases with lumbar disc herniation were divided into two groups randomly. 51 cases in treatment group were treated by synthetic technique, traction with medical appliance and taking Chinese patent medicine. 45 cases in control group were treated by traction with medical appliance and taking Chinese patent medicine. Result： In treatment group 30 cases were recovered, 18 cases were effective, and 3 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 94. 1%. In control group 20 cases were recovered, 10 cases were effective, and 15 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate of it was 66.7%. There was significant difference between the two groups on curative effect （P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Muhimodality therapy can cure lumbar disc herniation effectively.
