摘要
从亲本材料的研究创新,后代品质特性、早熟性和综合抗性的选择方法,品系鉴定与种子繁殖,配套生产技术研究,示范推广和育种家种子群体改良等多方面对郑麦9023培育策略进行了回顾。同时,针对当前小麦育种的现状和面临的挑战,从高光效、耐光抑制、发育特性改良、同化物转运和高效营养以及在主产区构建现代分子育种平台等方面对小麦产量育种进行了探讨。
The breeding strategies of Zhengmai 9023, including the innovative of parent materials, the selection method of quality, early maturing and integrated resistance, the identification and propagation of high generation lines, the development of supporting cultivation technology, the demonstration and extension, and the population improvement of Zhengmai 9023. Meanwhile, according to the present status and future challenges of wheat breeding, several solutions are proposed in this paper, involving the genetic improvement of important traits such as high photosynthesis efficiency, photoinhibition tolerance, developmental characteristics, transportation and transformation of assimilation, high efficierlcy utilization of nutrition elements. Finally, the im- portance of constructing modern molecular breeding platform in main wheat production areas is discussed.
