重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期肠内营养支持对预后的影响

Prognosis of enteric nutritional on treatment severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation

目的研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）患者肠内营养支持治疗的临床疗效。方法将50例AECOPD患者随机分为两组，对照组（25例）采用常规治疗；治疗组（25例）在常规治疗的基础上加用肠内营养支持治疗，比较两组患者治疗前后各项指标的变化情况。结果治疗组各项指标改善率方面与对照组比较有明显疗效。结论加强肠内营养支持治疗有助于缩短患者住院天数，减少住院费用。

Objective To study the effect of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation（IV phase）with enteric nutrition（EN）intervention, Methods The 50 AECOPD patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,one with routine treatment group（25 cases）,the other group（25 cases）with routine treatment and er,teric nutrition（EN）. Changes in study indices were compared between the two groups. Results The nutritional indices of enteric nutrition（EN.）were much better than routine treatment group. Conclusions To enhance emetic nutrition （EN）can curtail the days and decrease the cost of be in hospital.
