利用Real-time PCR技术检测猪细小病毒在PK-15细胞增殖动态研究 被引量:5

摘要 将猪细小病毒HN1株接种于PK-15细胞,用TaqMan荧光定量PCR方法研究了猪细小病毒增殖的基本特征与规律.结果表明,在PK-15细胞中,病毒在接种后2h开始增殖,在12~60h增殖最为迅速,在60h病毒达到增殖最高峰.研究还发现在6h病毒开始释放,72h达到最高峰. PK-15 cells was inoculated HN1 strain of porcine parvovirus, some multiplication properties of PPV were studied by using TaqMan fluorescent quantitative real-time PCR. The results showed that after inoculating, the virus began to proliferate after 2 hours, and proliferated at the fastest speed from 12 to 60 hours and to the highest rate at 60 hours. The results also showed that the virus began to release after 6 hours and reached the highest rate at 72 hours.
