摘要
采用贯流风机建立了禽舍风送喷雾消毒系统.该系统由贯流风机、细雾喷头、电磁阀、增压泵等构成.喷雾试验结果表明,风送式禽舍喷雾能够达到微雾喷雾的效果,雾滴覆盖均匀,依靠风送气流雾滴飞行距离得到较大的提高.
In this paper an air-assisted spraying system based on cross-flow fan for disinfection and lowering temperature in the birdhouse was set up. This system was mainly composed of a crossflow fan, fine-spray nozzles, solenoid-controlled valves and pump, etc. The experiment proved that the droplet could be broken again and transported in uniformity over long-distance. And fine spraying effects could be achieved.
