响应面法优化超临界条件下棉籽油制备生物柴油的研究 被引量:7

Process optimization for biodiesel production from cottonseed oil under supercritical condition by response surface methodology

摘要 选取反应时间、醇油摩尔比和催化剂用量3个因素进行中心组合设计,运用响应面法对毛棉籽油酯交换制备生物柴油的工艺参数进行了优化.利用RSA软件对生物柴油中脂肪酸甲酯含量的二次多项数学模型分析,得出生物柴油制备的最适条件为:反应时间27 min,醇油摩尔比26,催化剂用量1.46%,反应温度290℃.所制备的生物柴油各项性能指标符合国家标准. The effects of reaction time, molar ratio of methanol to oil and catalyst dosage on the transesterification of cottonseed oil for producing biodiesel were investigated by a three-factor Box-Behnken design. The preparation technique parameters were optimized with response surface method. The optimum preparation parameters were as follows:reaction time: 27 minutes, molar ratio of methanol to oi1:26, catalyzer dosage: 1.46% and reaction temperature:290 ℃. The prepared biodiesel has very similar index to the national standard in China.
