摘要
基于气体在吸收峰波长下对光的吸收随浓度变化的原理,研制一种光纤式气体监测仪,根据被测气体的吸收峰对应的波长选择分布反馈式半导体激光器作为光源,采用不同频率的光源驱动电路实现对多种气体浓度的同时检测。对甲烷和一氧化碳气体浓度的检测试验证明,该系统具有一定的检测灵敏度和精度。
The gases monitor with optical fiber is developed based on the principle that the absorption light changes with gas intensity under absorptive peak wavelength. The DFB LD of driving light is selected by the absorptive peak wavelength of measured gas, and use the different frequency light source driving circuit to detect a wide range of gas concentrations simultaneously. Experiment result of CH4 and CO intensity indicates that the system has higher detect sensitivity and detect accuracy.
