摘要
激光预处理作为提高薄膜抗激光损伤能力的一种方法,得到了广泛的研究。采用Nd∶YAG三倍频激光对光学薄膜进行了预处理,实验发现三倍频激光预处理对薄膜抗激光损伤能力有明显的影响,但是影响规律比较复杂。结果表明合适的激光预处理能量密度与测试激光能量密度有关:确定能量密度的激光预处理,在不同能量密度测试激光下的预处理效果不一,有的可以改善薄膜抗激光损伤能力,有的则相反;同样地,对于确定能量密度的测试激光,不同能量密度的激光预处理其效果也不相同,存在一个能量密度范围,在该范围内的预处理激光脉冲才能有效提高薄膜抗激光损伤能力。该实验结果给了一个启示:激光预处理能量的选取要针对元件的服役情况而定。
Laser pre-condition is a technique for enhancing the capacity of optical films to resist laser induced damage and it had been studied broadly. Frequency tripling Nd:YAG laser was used to pre-treating optical film samples. It can affect the capacity of optical films to resist laser induced damage, but the influence are very complicated. Results reflect that appropriate pretreating laser energy density is related to the testing laser energy density. For a certain testing laser energy density, pre-treating lasers with different energy density has difficult effect. There is a energy scope, pre-treating laser energy in which can enhance capacity of optical films to resist laser induced damage. So a inspiration can be drawn that pre-treating laser energy density should be selected according to the testing laser energy density.
