Phase of Vanadium Oxide Thin Film Affected by Heat Treatment

摘要 二氧化钒薄膜特殊的相变性能,决定其有着巨大的应用潜能,但其制备始终是一个难点,实验首先利用反应磁控溅射的方法制得高纯度的五氧化二钒薄膜,然后通过后续热处理得到了二氧化钒,对转化的可能性进行了热力学分析,同时利用XRD对不同温度热处理条件下所获得的薄膜进行了分析。 Special reversible phase-change characteristic of VO2 film determines their great potential application. But preparation of VO2 film is very difficult. Here V2O5 film of high purity is prepared by reactive magnetron sputtering, following by post heat treatment. Then VO2 film can be obtained. Transformation possibility of vanadium oxide film is analyzed by thermodynamics. The films obtained by different temperature heat treatment are analyzed by XRD.
