摘要
车辙已经成为当前沥青路面破损形式中最为突出的问题,严重影响了路面的使用寿命和服务质量。剪切流动变形是沥青路面车辙病害的主要发生机理,要提高沥青路面的抗车辙性能必须在级配设计时考虑到集料散体的抗剪切能力。通过对集料散体剪切模量公式的推导和分析,提出以剪切模量为控制指标的逐级填充级配设计方法,设计出的级配通过室内实验比较,高温稳定性优于其他级配类型,水稳定性和低温稳定性满足规范要求,适合在高温地区推广应用。
Tracing Rut is the most prominent problem in current asphalt pavement disease, which has seriously affected the life and quality of service of pavement. Shearing flow deformation is the main occurrence mechanism of Tracing Rut in the Permanent, to enhance the Tracing Rut resistance ability of asphalt pavement, it is essential to improve the antishearing ability of Particulate material. Through the analysis of formula of Shear Modulus, put forward a new grading design method to improve the antishearing performance of asphalt mixture. Through the test in the laboratory, the new AntiTracing Rut grade has better Hightemperature stability than other grade type, at the same time its water stability and lowtemperature stability meet the requirements of specifications.
