摘要
铸钢节点力学性能分析时,忽略刚性区的影响,将低估节点各肢面内抗弯刚度;采用铸钢节点实体有限元能够较为准确的模拟铸钢节点的各项力学性能,实现比较困难,工程推广甚为不便。采用刚性材料法,在ANSYS中增大刚性区的弹性模量E,可以得到较为理想的计算结果,且较实体模拟法易于实现。以广州歌剧院钢结构的力学性能计算为算例,对比分析了刚性材料法得到的结果与现场试验结果。
In the analysis of the mechanical properties of cast steel joints, the flexural stiffness in the branch plane will be computed too low if ignoring the influence of the rigid zones. Although the solid finite element method can simulate every mechanical property of cast steel joints accurately, it is difficult to realize and not easy to popularize in the engineering field. Rigid material method can be adopted to get perfect result in which we can add modulus of elasticity of the rigid zones in ANSYS com- putation. Besides it is easier to realize. Taking the computation of mechanical properties of GuangZhou Opera House Steel Structure as an example, we compare the computation results of rigid material method with the results of filed experiments.
