摘要
为了研究水源热泵机组-热管地板辐射采暖联合系统的传热特性和地下水源热泵机组的运行性能,实验研究了供水温度和供水流量对热管之间地板内温度分布、室内地板表面温度分布、地板预热时间和蓄热时间、室内空气垂直温度分布的影响规律及地下水源热泵机组的运行性能.结果表明,供水温度越高、流量越大,地板内和地板表面温度越高,但分布的不均匀性越明显,热管地板的预热时间越短,蓄热时间越长,沿垂直方向各点的空气温度也越高,但温度梯度变化不大.水源热泵机组-热管地板辐射采暖联合系统具有较好的传热特性,能够满足供暖系统的需要,水源热泵机组的运行性能也较好,性能系数在3.46~3.84之间变化.
The heat transfer characteristics of a heat pipe floor radiant heating system (HPFRHS)and the performance of water source heat pump unit were. studied. The effects of water supply flux and temperature on the temperature distribution between two heat pipes, the floor surface temperature distribution, the warm-up time and thermal storage time, the air temperature distribution along the vertical direction in the closing room and the performance of the water-source heat pump unit were investigated experimentally. The results indicate that higher water supply flux and temperature result in higher temperature between two heat pipes, higher flcor surface temperature, more obvious ununiformity of the temperature, shorter warm-up time, longer thermal storage time. Moreover, the vertical air temperature in the closed room increases with the water supply flux and temperatures, but the temperature gradient varies little. The heat pipes floor radiant heating system has a good heat transfer characteristics and the water source heat pump unit operates at a good performance, the coefficient of performance(COP) varies from 3.46 to 3.84.
