摘要
本文以卡特彼勒330C挖掘机为背景,对其液压泵控制方式进行了详细分析。分析得出:无负荷和小负荷情况下负流量油压高,经调节器控制泵流量最小或较小,主要进行负流量控制;大负荷控制泵流量按交叉功率控制供给,主要进行交叉功率控制和动力换挡控制。
The control mode of hydraulic pump of Caterpillar 330C excavator is analyzed in detail. The results indicate that the pump shows negative flow and high oil pressure in unloaded or minor-loaded conditions. The flow, mostly the negative flow can be lowered with regulator. In major-loaded condition, the pump is mainly controlled with alternate power or power shift.
