高效液相色谱法测定可舒胶囊中人参皂苷的含量

Determination of Ginsenoside Rg1 and Re in Keshu Capsule by HPLC

目的建立可舒胶囊中人参皂苷Rg1和Re的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,以zorbax SB-C18为固定相,乙腈-水(20:80)为流动相,检测波长205 nm。结果人参皂苷Rg1和Re在100～6 000 ng范围内具有良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为99.41%和100.84%。结论该方法检测灵敏、准确,重复性好,适用于可舒胶囊的含量测定。

Objective To set up a method to determine content of ginsenoside Rgl and Re in Keshu capsule. Methods It was tested by HPLC with zorbax SB-C18 column, mobile phase acetonitrile/purified water 20 ： 80, detection wavelength at 205nm. Results Tbe linear range of ginsenoside Rgl and Re were both 100 - 6 000 ng, r = 0.999 9, showed good relationship, and the average recovery rate were 99.41% and 100. 84%, respectively. Conclusion This method is simple and accurate for the content determination of ginsenoside Rgl and Re in Keshu capsule.
