摘要
从供应链中的"牛鞭效应"、产品的严重同质化、市场需求变化等方面分析了纺织服装企业库存产生的原因,并从运用长尾理论实施"蓝海战略"、利用网络直销降低供应链成本、运用现代管理手段提高企业快速反应能力等方面探讨了纺织服装企业有效规避库存的策略。
The causes causing product over stocking in textile and garment enterprises are analyzed from the following three aspects: bullwhip effect in supply chain, serious homogenization of products and variation of market demand. In order to help textile and garment enterprises in avoiding product over stocking, three strategies are put forward, these are to carry out blue ocean strategy with long tail theory, reducing cost in supply chain with e - marketing and enhancing enterprise's capability of quick response through morden management.
