摘要
随着GSM/GPRS移动接入网的广泛应用,有效的信道分配策略在保证网络服务质量中的重要性开始凸现。针对GSM/GPRS网络存在无线资源使用率和信道利用率低的局限性,在GSM/GPRS网络现有的资源分配策略基础上,提出一种改进的资源分配策略。数值结果表明,该新策略能很好地降低语音呼叫阻塞率,减少GPRS包平均传输时间,提高信道利用率。
With the Widly applicable of GPRS/GSM mobile access network, the efficient channel allocation scheme has shown importance in supporting the quality of network service. In view of GSM/GPRS network limitations which are a low utilization about wireless resource and channel, based on the analysis of the typical channel allocation schemes such as fixed channel allocation scheme, dynamical channel allocation scheme and hybrid channel allocation scheme for GSM/GPRS networks, analyses an improved channel allocation scheme, channel re-allocation and de-allocation scheme. Numerical results show that new scheme not only significantly decreases the voice call blocking probability and the average GPRS packet transmission time, but also slightly increases the channel utilization.
