Puts forward an integrated solution of management, directing, dispatching and asistant decision-making of the city emergency response system, which is based on GIS and video surveillance technology. The sytem is applied to the emergency management, social response, integration of ＂110, 119, 122＂, public security, traffic, fire fighting, first aid and environment protection of city.
