摘要
针对北电二期汽轮机效率偏低的问题,开展了提高汽轮机效率可行性研究的相关工作。分析了北电二期600 MW汽轮机的通流部分运行现状,对效率偏低原因进行试验与计算分析,效率偏低主要是由于无叶通流部分的设计问题,提出了提高汽轮机效率的各种可能改造方案,为下一步具体制定改进措施提供参考。
Feasibility study was conducted to deal with the problem of low efficiency of the steam turbine in Beilun No. 2 power plant. The operation status of the flow passage of the 600MW turbine was analysed. The experiments and theoretical calculation showed that the problem of low efficiency was mainly due to the design flaw of the non-vane passage. Various options are given regarding the improvement scheme.
