摘要
根据2001-2005年对苹果黑星病研究的田间和室内试验结果,结合1997至2005年的气象资料,构建了累积温度、苹果叶片面积、叶片数量、叶龄、子囊成熟概率、子囊孢子释放、子囊孢子着落、苹果叶片表面湿润时间、子囊孢子萌发、子囊孢子侵染概率、病斑数目、病斑面积等12个子模型。采用面向对象程序设计语言Borland Delphi 5.0开发出了"苹果黑星病春季流行模拟系统(SSASS)",测试了2006年该病害在渭北旱塬的发生情况,结果表明,该系统灵敏度高,能较好地模拟渭北旱塬苹果黑星病的春季流行规律。
Based on the data acquired from field and laboratory studying from 2001 to 2005 and weather data collected from 1997 to 2005, the simulation system for apple scab in spring (SSASS) was developed, which included 12 sub-models of degree-day accumulation, leaf area, number of leaf, leaf age, probability of mature ascus, number of released ascospore, number of landed ascospore, probability of efficiency infection, number of lesion and area of lesion etc. SSASS was written in Oriented Object Programming (OPP) Borland Delphi 5.0. The system was used to test the apple scab level occurred in arid plateau of Weibei in 2006. Results showed that SSASS had high sensitive and good simulation results compared with those of field observation.
