白菜细胞核雄性不育基因向晚熟菜心品种“80天菜心”的转育 被引量:7

摘要 以含有50%菜心细胞核雄性不育系04213为母本,晚熟80天菜心自交系04283为父本,按照大白菜复等位基因遗传模式进行定向转育,通过杂交?自交手段,成功选育出含有75%80天菜心遗传物质的新雄性不育系、甲型两用系和临时保持系。 Based on the multiple allele hypothesis of genetic male sterility in Chinese cabbage, contai- ning 50% flowering Chinese cabbage genes 04213 with GMS as female parent and "80 days caixin "as male parent, the gene of male sterility was transferred to the flowering Chinese cabbage by crossing, selfing and tesl crossing. The new male sterile lines, new AB lines I and temporary maintainer lines were obtained. The results will enlarge the resource of male sterile lines in flowering Chinese cabbage.
