摘要
通过宏观和微观检验对微电机早期死机原因进行了分析。结果表明:换向器表面产生大块磨屑并在沟槽处堆积是引起电机早期死机的主要原因。微电机换向器与电刷的磨损主要属于粘附磨损机制。
The early failure reason of micro motor he d been analyzed by means of macroscopic and microscopic examination. The results showed that there were many gzindings accumulated in the groove between commutator pieces, which resulted in motor failure. The wear mechanism between commutator and brush was adhesion wear.
