摘要
利用近红外漫反射光谱法获取不同种类废旧塑料的近红外光谱图,并运用近红外OPUS IDNET软件对相应的光谱图进行相关处理并建立定性鉴别分析模型。所建立的定性鉴别分析模型能有效地判别塑料的类别,定性分析结果良好。近红外光漫反射谱法能够实现对废旧塑料的快速无损分析,为区分不同种类废旧塑料提供了一个客观的评价方法。
Near infrared spectra of different plastic wastes were gained by near infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (NIDRS). And quality identification model was established by using OPUS IDNET analysis software. The identification model could effectively identify the kinds of plastic wastes, and the qualitative analysis results were well. The plastic wastes were analyzed rapidly without damage by NIDRS, provided an objective evaluation method for identifying different kinds of plastic wastes.
