摘要
介绍了应用狭缝结合二维傅里叶变换测量光学系统尤其是红外光学系统的基本原理。由于光电探测器的对图像采集的离散性造成傅里叶变换频谱的混频,以及高频旁瓣过多现象,为了提高MTF测量的精确性,采用MATLAB模拟仿真的方法对狭缝测量法进行两部分改进,分别为倾斜狭缝和平滑照明。倾斜狭缝部分给出了倾斜角度与频谱值的关系曲线,平滑照明部分给出线性和高斯两种平滑方案。两部分改进方案均给出模拟结果,改进的效果显著。
The principle of MTF testing for optical systems, especially the infrared systems was introduced, by combining slit method with 2D-fourier transform. But it made the frequency aliased, too much high frequency side lobe by using the detector to gate disperse image. In order to test the MTF more accurately, we improved the method in two parts by MATLAB simulating, which includes canting slit and smoothing illumination. The curve of relationship between tilted angle and the spectrum value in the canting slit part, and the linear and gauss methods in smoothing illumination part were presented. Simulation results of two improved parts were presented, showing remarkable effects.
