摘要
采用自行研制的人工腰椎间盘治疗腰椎间盘突出症。经腹膜外前路切除病变腰椎间盘后，用特制的手术器械将人工腰椎间盘置于相应的椎间隙。2例腰椎间盘突出症经人工腰椎间盘置换术，短期效果满意。人工腰椎间盘置换术为腰椎间盘突出症提供了一个新的手术方法。
Using a new artificial lumbar intervertebral disc made by ourselves for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Material and Method: After removed the diseased lumbar disc through an anterior and extraabdominal approach,we inserted an artificial disc into the intervertebral space using the special instrumentation.Result: Two cases of artificial lumbar disc replacement have the satisfactory result.Conclusion:Artificial disc replacement is a new operation for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
