Discussion of the Connection Problem in Conical Shaft-extension of Main Shaft of Fan

提出了通风机圆锥形轴伸与叶轮轴套(带轮)孔联接要求,列出平键联接键槽深度尺寸计算及标注方法,给设计、审校、制造和检验提供了统一规范,该联接方法实际应用效果良好。

In this paper, the connection requirements of conical shaft-extension in fan and impeller sleeve pore （with wheel） are pointed out. The methods of calculating and marking the depth dimension of flat key joining keyway are listed, which provides unified standard for design, check, manufacture and test. This connection method is perfect in practical application.
