摘要
2008年9月24日至11月30日该县城2所学校累计报告水痘病例244例,罹患率高达6.52%,无死亡病例,这是该县近几十年来流行强度最大、发病人数最多、持续时间最长的一次暴发疫情。
To conduct a epidemiological survey to the varicella outbreak occurred in two schools in Balikun county. Descriptive analysis was conducted. A total of 244 varicella cases were reported accumulatively from 24 September to 30 November, 2008, with no death. The attack rate was 6.52%. The outbreak could be regarded as a public health emergency. This was a serious epidemic with the longest time of spread and highest number of case in recent 10 years in Balikun.
