摘要
以高固高羟低黏的羟基丙烯酸树脂和合成脂肪酸树脂为主要原料制备高固体分丙烯酸改性聚氨酯涂料,讨论了树脂、固化剂、助剂和有机溶剂等对涂料性能的影响,制得的涂料综合性能良好,具有较好的环保意义。
The high-solid acrylate-modified polyurethane paint is prepared with high-solid high-hydroxyl low- viscosity hydroxyl acrylate resin and synthetic fatty acid resin as main raw materials. The effects of resin, curing agent, additives, organic solvents and etc. on the performances of the paint are discussed. The obtained product shows good comprehensive property and environmental protection significance.
