The paper studies the new process, new teclhnology, new equipment and new materials of special coatings applied on liquid-loaded cargo tank of oil product carrier, develops special process and special equipment suitable for coating various cargo tank of oil product carrier, and improves the coating quality and efficiency thereof to the international advanced level, in turn increases the competition of the oil product carrier both in domestic market and in international market.
