Structure and working principle of the disk and bimetal sheets steam trap are introduced. The force property of valve core is analysed, and the force formula of bimetal sheets is deduced. Specific to different operating conditions, more logical combination flakes of bimetal sheets are quested, and the theory is provided for product designs.
