摘要
针对矿井瓦斯事故频发及瓦斯监测有线通信急需向无线通信改进的实际情况,设计了一种基于ARM微处理器的瓦斯监测系统。该系统由多个瓦斯浓度数据采集装置及智能分析装置组成;通过无线射频芯片实现采集装置和分析装置间数据的无线传输。详细介绍整个监测系统原理及设计方法,并对关键电路进行了分析,给出了关键单元的软硬件设计。
Aiming at the practical situations of frequent gas accidents on mine and existing mine wire communication system urgent needs to be improved toward wireless communication system, this paper introduces thedesign of gas monitoring system based on ARM. It consists of a intelligent analysis device and several gas density data acquisition units. The wireless communication between intelligent analysis device and gas density data acquisition units is achieved by radio frequency chip. The paper introduces the principle and design method of whole monitoring system in details, makes analysis of essential circuits, and presents the hardware and software designs of essential circuits.
