YKSL1700立式电机转子的应力应变仿真研究

摘要 基于Pro/Engineer建立了电机转子的虚拟样机模型,进行了电机工作状态下的工况分析,应用NASTRAN软件,用有限元方法进行了电机转子的应力应变有限元仿真,得到了应力、应变、位移等参数值.进行了电机应变测试试验,实验值与仿真结果相符合.根据仿真结果,分析了电机转子的主要破坏形式和危险位置,结果表明现有转子的结构基本满足设计要求,并在此基础上优化转子外径,减小电机振动,为同类产品的开发和改进提供了参考. A finite element model and transient analysis is built up based on the 3-D model of the YK- SL1700 vertical motor. Pro/Engineer and Nastran are applied to the analysis of the motor. The stress, strain and displaement are obtained. The result proves that the actual structure is reasonable. For optimizing vibration, influences of the outside diameter value of rotor on the strength and displacement are investigated. It can provide the information for improving the motor.
