当前高校大学生择业标准的调查研究——以泰山医学院为例

Investigation on standard of university students' choosing careers

择业标准在大学生择业过程中起着主导作用,是大学生人生观、世界观和价值观在择业方面的集中体现。调查发现:大学生有工作热情,但参与竞争的勇气不足;择业观念较为传统,缺乏创业精神和艰苦奋斗精神。因此,应重点提高大学生创新能力和开拓意识,培养艰苦奋斗、敬业奉献的品质,帮助他们确立合理的择业目标并最终实现自身的社会价值。

The standard of choosing careers plays a leading role in the process of choosing careers and it is a concentrated expression of university students＇ world outlook, views on life and values. After the investigation the author has found that the university students have the work enthusiasm but lack the courage to participate in competition. The idea of choosing careers is also very traditional, and furthermore the university students lack the pioneer and arduous struggle spirit. Therefore, university students＇ innovation ability and awareness about competition should be trained to raise their noble quality of working hard and sacrificing for the work,to help them to establish a reasonable career goal and to accomplish their own social value at last.
