摘要 目的:了解目前医学生对循证医学的认知情况现状以及实践循证医学遇到的困难与障碍,为进一步开展循证临床实践和循证医学教学提供参考依据。方法:对2008年春季滨州医学院必修循证医学的608名三年级医学生进行了问卷调查,并采用SPSS 13.0统计软件对结果进行分析。结果:修完循证医学后,医学生对循证医学知识、态度有所提高,但实践循证医学的行为几乎没有变化;医学生认为实践循证医学的主要三大障碍是医生时间有限、文献检索能力差和病人不支持。结论:循证医学的实践教学必须加强,尤其应该注意学生的技能获取。 Objective:To investigate the cognitive status of EBM and barriers to applying EBM in clinical practice in medical students,so as to provide knowledge to improve further EBM teaching and evidence-based practice. Methods:Six hundred and eight third-year medical students learning the EBM course were included in 2008. All the students were surveyed by questionnaires. SPSS 13.0 was used to analyze the results. Result: The medical students' knowledge and attitudes to EBM were improved, but their behavior to evidence-based practice has not changed. The medical students hold that doctors' limited time,their poor ability of literature retrieval and patients' failing to participate are the three main barriers to using EBM. Conclusion.. The practice teaching of EBM must he strengthened,especially the skills acquisition of the students.
