摘要
工学结合是目前高职药学人才培养的重要模式,实施的过程中会遇到许多困难和存在认识上的误区,只有在实践中积极探索,切实解决好学校与医药企业的角色关系、工学结合的内容和形式、实施的手段和过程监控等问题,同时不断修正认识,明确药师的职业原则与责任,才能使这种教学模式更深入、有效地开展。
The combination of working and learning is now an important mode of pharmaceutical talent training in vocational colleges. It will encounter many difficulties and many cognitive errors exist in the process of execution. This teaching mode will be developed thoroughly and efficaciously only if active exploration and revising knowledge continuously are taken.
