摘要
在医学生的培养中保证高质量的影像学教学有很多方法可供选择,但关键是培养医学生对于影像学知识有充分的掌握以便于他们在临床工作中能安全有效的运用。以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)在国外被广泛接受并应用于临床教学中。PBL的快速发展及应用,使越来越多的影像学教师感到了解其相关理论、方法及如何在影像学教学中合理运用是十分重要的。文章的目的是通过对典型PBL过程的描述,讨论其相关教育理论、优缺点及在影像学教学中的作用。
There are several potential benefits to providing high-quality radiologieal teaching to medical students. In order to ensure that newly qualified students have an appropriate level of competence in radiology and allow them to practice safely, PBL is adopted by many foreign medical schools. The widespread use of PBL in many areas of the medical curriculum makes it important that radiology educators understand the theory, application and effectiveness of PBL in radiology to avoid missing out on a potentially useful educational tool. The aim of this review is to describe the PBL "tutorial,discuss the relevant educational theories,its advantages and disadvantages when compared with other methods, and its role in teaching radiology.
