On the Operation Models of the Platform in Chinataiwan's Digital Publishing and the Future Scenarios

主要探讨台湾数字出版服务平台营运模式并预测未来之新营运模式。借由剖析产业整体面貌,找出影响服务平台营运之关键因素,并透过对现有营运模式在未来五年内可持续性及可链接性之检视,预测未来可能出现的营运模式为何。

There are two parts of this study. One is the operation models of the platform in Chinataiwan＇ s digital publishing, the other one is the prediction of new operation models in the developing. The key factors which affect the platform can be find out by analyzing the whole picture of the publish industry. In addition, the future operation models of digital publishing can be predicted through the examination of the sustainability and cooperation ability of current operation models.
