建设什么样的校园文化、怎样建设校园文化,事关高职教育发展与人才培养质量。高职校园文化建设应凸显职业性。校企文化互动是高职校园文化打造职业性特色的实现形式,应该让优秀企业文化在校园"软着陆",构建体现职业性要求的特色高职校园文化体系。

The construction of campus culture concerns the quality of education development and talents cultivation at vocational colleges. By studying the dominant features, forms and construction routes of college campus culture in terms of occupational characteristics, this essay holds that occupational characteristics are most important in the construction of campus culture at vocational colleges, and the interaction between colleges and enterprises is a form to establish the occupational characteristics at vocational colleges. It also brings forth the issue of ＂soft landing＂ of excellent enterprise culture to construct a college culture system in terms of occupational characteristics.
