摘要
目的探讨复制义齿技术在总义齿再修复中的作用。方法在型盒内制作旧义齿的藻酸盐阴模腔,人工牙部分充填齿科蜡,基托部分充填自凝树脂,利用复制义齿完成终印模、咬合记录、排牙、蜡型修整及最终完成新义齿的制作。结果24例患者戴上新义齿后,18例非常满意,4例比较满意,2例患者不满意。结论复制义齿技术在总义齿的再修复中能缩短疗程、减少治疗后不适感、提高患者满意率。
Objective To study the use of the copy denture technique in complete denture reconstruction. Methods Make an alginate impression material impression in the flask, restore the artificial tooth with the red wax, restore the plate with self curing plastic, make final impression and articulation record with the duplicate dentures, arrange the artificial tooth and repair and maintain the wax pattern on the duplicate dentures,finally we finish the new full denture. Results Among 24 cases,18 eases were very satisfied with the effect, 18 cases were satisfied,2 cases were not satisfied. Conclusion The copy denture technique can make the treatment period shortened, make the patients discomfort less, enhance the satisfaction rate of the patients,is a good clinical prothesis method.
