Research on Establishing College Female Assistants Team in Underdeveloped Regions

女性辅导员是高校辅导员队伍的重要组成部分,有独特的工作角色特点。基于欠发达地区高校工作环境特点,本文拟从女性辅导员的工作角色特点出发,分析女性辅导员队伍建设存在的问题和面临的困难,提出加强女性辅导员队伍管理的对策。

Female assistants are an important component of the college assistants with their unique working feature as well. Based on the college working condition in underdeveloped regions, this article intends to analyze the existing problems and difficulties by establishing college female assistant team as well as strengthening the management of the team.
