摘要
高校图书馆在利用网络信息技术为用户提供知识密集性服务时,不仅要求服务人员具有综合知识素质,而且要求用户具备相应的知识储备。用户教育服务对支撑图书馆各项资源服务起着非常重要的作用。引导用户有效地利用图书馆,必须尊重用户的需求差异,创新用户教育的形式和内容。
In university library using network information technology to provide users with knowledge -intensive service, attendants are required to have comprehensive knowledge and users should have corresponding knowledge accumulation. User education service plays an important role in supporting different resource service. We should respect user's need difference and create the form and content of user education when guiding users to effectively use the library.
